Job Summary
We need an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to set up, program, and run CNC mills and lathes. You will turn engineering blueprints into finished, high-precision metal parts.
Key Responsibilities
• Program machines using Mastercam or CAM software based on blueprints and part drawings.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including tooling and zero-point settings.
• Troubleshoot programs and adjust cutting paths to fix errors and improve speed.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on CNC programming and operating experience.
• Software: Strong proficiency in CAM software.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read detailed mechanical blueprints and GD&T drawings.
• Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in machining.
• Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
