FULL-TIME ALL-AROUND CARPENTER – RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Established Santa Barbara general contractor specializing in high-quality residential renovations and remodeling is looking for a dependable, experienced full-time all-around carpenter to join our team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing quality work, and is interested in growing with our company. For the right person, this position can lead to advancement into a Jobsite Supervisor / Superintendent role.
Our projects range from larger residential renovations to smaller remodels, repairs, and finish work throughout the Santa Barbara area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Framing and general construction
• Doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and finish work
• Demolition and physical labor
• Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
• Minor electrical and plumbing work
• General repairs and problem solving
• Assisting with a wide variety of residential renovation work
What We’re Looking For:
• Carpentry/construction experience is required
• Well-rounded construction skills
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Comfortable performing both skilled carpentry and physical labor
• Able to take direction and work independently when needed
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive a company vehicle
• Personal tools are a plus, but we can provide tools as needed
• Interest in learning, taking on responsibility, and advancing within the company
