Because it is so natural, it is more likely to attract nesting birds.
The hole measures 1-5/8" across and 2" tall.
Needs a reducer/guard added to hole, to prevent Starlings and Sparrows from predating on smaller baby birds.
This size hole may attract Western Bluebirds, Hairy Woodpeckers or Ashy-throated Flycatchers.
Panel itself measures 16" tall x 5" wide (at widest part). Approx. 0.75" to 1" deep.
Location is very near to downtown Santa Barbara.
