Holehouse Construction Company is looking for the right individual to join our team as an entry-level Carpenter’s Apprentice.
No construction experience is necessary. Success in this position is based on your attitude, desire to learn, dependability, and work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to begin a career in the construction industry, develop valuable skills, and grow within an established company.
Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters and other team members with daily construction activities
Learn proper construction techniques and safe tool use
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions and take initiative
Arrive on time and ready to work
Ideal Candidate:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Works well as part of a team
Takes pride in doing quality work
Wants to build a long-term career in construction
No prior construction experience required
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay of $20–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications
