Selling a beautifully coordinated, 7-piece formal dining room set in excellent condition. This set combines a premium Furniture of America table with 6 luxury Ashley Furniture upholstered chairs (2 armchairs, 4 side chairs).
The entire set was professionally refinished last year in a stunning, high-contrast modern palette: a sleek charcoal/black tabletop and chair frames, paired with elegant light gray legs and accents.

• The Brands: Heavy, structurally sound Furniture of America extendable table + plush, durable Ashley Furniture seating.
• Fabric Condition: The classic striped upholstery is exceptionally clean—no stains, fraying, tares or signs of pet wear.
•The Finish & Care: Refinished professionally using high-quality paint and a durable protective topcoat. The surface is fully sealed and easy to wipe down from everyday spills, though we recommend using placements or trivets for hot plates to protect the matte finish long-term.
• Dimensions: 78"L x 44" W (Drops to [60"] L when leaf is removed) and 38" tall.

Note: Other items in the room or on the table are not included or for sale. Table and chairs only.
