Aurous Property Management LLC is seeking reliable and experienced Property Maintenance & Preservation Technicians to perform residential and commercial maintenance, repairs, and property preservation services.
Responsibilities may include general handyman repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, appliance repair, HVAC-related maintenance, turnovers and make-readies, lawn care, debris removal, cleanouts, lock changes, securing properties, winterization/de-winterization, board-ups, inspections, property condition reporting, and other preservation-related services.
Candidates should be dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience across multiple maintenance or preservation trades is preferred. The ability to travel to service properties as needed is a plus.
