Selling a pull up bar system that is designed for mounting onto overhead ceiling joists. I used this many years ago when I lived in a Los Angeles industrial warehouse and didn't have a good place for a doorway or wall-mounted pull up system.

Bar measures 33" wide in the horizontal portion of the bar, and 48" overall when you include the angled grips. Vertical brackets include holes that allow you to position the bar 8.5", 11.25" or 12.75" below the joist height, so you can optimize your head clearance and keep the bar out of the way (but still low enough to reach). Vertical supports are spaced 25.5" apart on centers. All mounting hardware included with sale.
