🎨 STRAIGHTFORWARD STARTING PRICES
• Homes up to approximately 1,500 sq. ft.: starting around $2,495
• Homes approximately 1,500–2,250 sq. ft.: starting around $3,295
• Homes approximately 2,250–3,000 sq. ft.: starting around $4,995
• Homes 3,000+ sq. ft.: custom pricing
These are starting prices, not guaranteed flat prices. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after reviewing the home and scope. Story count, access, exterior condition, prep needs, repairs, color changes, and additional surfaces may affect the price.
✅ PREP THAT SETS UP A PROFESSIONAL FINISH
A normal exterior project may include:
• Pressure washing and normal exterior preparation
• Minor stucco crack repair and minor stucco repair
• Standard masking and protection
• Sherwin-Williams exterior paint
• Primer where project conditions call for it
• Professional paint application
• Jobsite cleanup and a final walkthrough
Your written estimate confirms the included scope. Major repairs and specialty coatings are not automatically included.
Qualifying projects include a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty and a complimentary Before & After Photo Package.
