Will cook 32+ briskets, 64 pork butts....lots of ribs and chicken. I had this built for my BBQ Restaraunt but the restaurant got flooded during 2025 July 4th floods. I've cooked on it a few times and once u get tuning plates set....its even and true. I just dont need anything this big. On casters.....3800.00 if you want to add to it a 20ft dual axle flat bed with spare for an extra 3800.00....Total 7600.00
