One bedroom it’s approximately 10x12 so kind of small. It has a good size bathroom which is a private bath. Everything is furnished except the queen size bed. I had to throw the last bed out so waiting to see if it needs replacing. Room is for 1 person only. No pets. We have a small dog though she is a beagle. She will bark but get used to you. She still barks sometimes. Just a heads up want to be transparent. I do take her to doggy daycare during the day though. She is getting out of the puppy stage though finally 1.6 years old. $1275 if you would like me to buy a new bed. Costco sells a good one for $500. It’s set up for a queen size. Parking is on street or driveway. Street parking here is good. I have another tenant so the two of you can work that out however fits. Or first to get home gets it. He tends to be gone on weekends. Walking distance to outlets and beach. Washer dryer here. Spa and sauna available. Gym in garage. Think that just about covers everything. Any questions feel free to ask. The rent covers all utilities ect. It’s technically a condo but it’s detached. 0 lot line I guess. I would call it a home. $500 deposit. It’s a full 3 bed 3 bath place with a loft. No smoking, drinking, or drugs.
