The ground floor Studio was the maids quarters in this luxury 3 story house. This upscale neighborhood has Catalina / Dana Point / San Clemente Island views. You can have a gas BBQ on your large private patio with palm trees and big ocean views. There is no garage with parking in the very safe cul-de-sac street. A dog is possible depending on the breed. Pet references are required from your current landlord. You need to have prior good landlord references as well as good credit. Your income should be 2 1/2 times the rent or more...or at least $5000 per month. Income verification with pay check stubs or your 1040 tax return is required. Prior landlords are contacted in the approval process. Long term employment is desirable. If you have questions please e-mail me.
