Needs work was gonna paint it black but ran outta time so u will have to repaint it window and door need touch ups plumbing and power runs fine I use a generator this is a easy fix up ready to pull I've seen worse for more lol It needs fixing for sure but is liveable if u just paint it Will come with the ac no title its old but can give bill of sale
