Available for purchase - exceptionally well preserved copy of Stephen King debut novel, Carrie, published by Doubleday & Co., in 1974. This is a true FIRST Edition, FIRST Printing , from a highly limited run of only 30,000 copies. This book contains all necessary attributes, bibliographical points required by serious collectors to verify its true first state status. ' First Edition explicitly stated on copyright page. Publisher ' Gutter Code ' P6 on page 199 indicating First Printing matrix. Dust jacket is a Rare " State B/Variant Trade first printing jacket. On the jacket the following condition needs to be noted. At the bottom front is presence of creasing and shelving wear, the creasing measurements: 14mm across the bottom and the widest area is 1.5mm. However the colors and condition on the boards, both front and back like new along with jacket colors vibrant. Gilding on the spine has micro ' flaking off ' on the I, R, and E , however the entirety of the letters still present.
