I have founded twelve businesses including retail, entertainment and counseling. My most recent business, which I'm still managing part time, is website development. It was in that business that I first noticed how much asking the right questions helped my clients. I went on to become a certified master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner. That's like psychology for those who want to become all they can be. However, not everything in NLP is as effective as one could hope. I took only the best of it to evolve my mentoring skills.

So how well does it work?

One of my more successful clients had a website that was getting three visitors a month, one of which was her mother. After we talked, she started getting more than 14,000 visitors per day.
