**$275/DAY DURING PEAK | $1,000 RETENTION BONUS | PERMANENT POSITIONS**
A1 Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground contractor operating out of Redmond, WA, is hiring experienced delivery drivers NOW for the holiday peak season.
We are looking for drivers with professional package delivery experience who can quickly transition into running established routes in Woodinville and Kirkland.
**PAY & BONUSES**
- **$275/day during November and December 2026** ($200 base + $75 peak bonus per qualifying day worked)
- **$1,375/week** for five qualifying days during peak, before additional overtime compensation
- **$1,000 retention bonus:** $500 after 90 days and another $500 after 180 days, subject to eligibility
- After December 31, regular base pay is $200/day, with opportunities for performance incentives
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- Overtime paid according to Washington law

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year of professional package delivery experience (FedEx, UPS, Amazon DSP, or similar)
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Able to meet FedEx qualification requirements, including applicable background screening and DOT medical certification
- Able to safely handle packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
