Vanguard truck camper that was used as a guest room.
Spacious and sturdy it would make a good tiny house
It has a metal reinforcement making it easily moved by brophy jacks, other jacks, or crane.
It has a 10 ft truck bed base (extends beyond the truck bed not below) therefore it can be put on a trailer or sit on the ground or a dolly without needing a platform.
Clean and dry, (no mold, no odor).
Plugging a power chord into the camper- it has two power outlets, lights and a silent refrigerator.
The stove was outdated so it was removed, a portable stove comes with it instead.
the faucet works when hooked up to the water hose
It could be a an air bnb, storage shed, animal housing, a camper…
As a camper it has been stripped by the previous owner, and it is missing the plug that can attach to the truck, wiring otherwise appears to be intact. It has clamps to attach to solar/battery and a switch and wiring exists for an optional outside light). Otherwise to bring it back to a camper it looks like it would take very little effort
