This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can supervise projects and employees while also working alongside the crew when needed. Our projects may include remodeling, framing, roofing, concrete work, exterior work, landscaping, and general residential construction.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Strong construction and general building skills
* Experience supervising or leading a construction crew
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Able to communicate instructions clearly and keep projects moving
* Comfortable working hands-on alongside the crew
* Dependable and professional
* Reliable transportation
* Able to maintain a safe, organized jobsite
* Drug-free workplace; reliability and professionalism required
Pay: $30/hour
