Finara Property Solutions, based in **Buffalo, NY**, is looking to onboard reliable **General Contractors, Handymen, and Lawn Care Crews** for ongoing work across Salisbury and surrounding areas.
**Work Includes:**
* Vacant & occupied property maintenance
* Renovations & repairs
* Handyman services
* Lawn cutting & yard maintenance
* Property preservation services
* General Maintenance Work
* Trash Out / Debris Removal
* Lock Changes and Property Securing
* Winterizations.
**Requirements:**
* Must have your own tools/equipment
* Must have a reliable vehicle
* Must be willing to travel outside your primary service area for an additional trip/travel fee
* Must provide clear **before, during & after photos** of completed work
* Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
* Prior field service or contractor experience preferred
* Ability to complete work independently
