Carmelita is at Hitchcock rd animal services She needs Rescue/Foster/Adoption on behavior waiver.

She is shy and doesn't not currently walk on a leash, probably never has, she was stray with two other dogs in Salinas.

Please help her find a safe spot! She is a sweet girl who deserves better!
