Are you passionate about sales and home remodeling? Do you have experience with custom cabinetry, countertops, or kitchen & bath projects? We're looking for a motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative to join a growing team!
What You'll Do:
✔ Generate new leads and build lasting customer relationships
✔ Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
✔ Consult on kitchens, bathrooms, closets, built-ins, and custom cabinetry
✔ Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
✔ Conduct jobsite visits and take basic measurements
✔ Coordinate with designers, installers, and production teams
✔ Track customer communications and sales through CRM software
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service in both English & Spanish
We're Looking For:
✅ 3-5+ years of sales experience in cabinetry, countertops, remodeling, or construction
✅ Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
✅ Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of cabinetry, countertop materials, and remodeling projects
✅ Experience using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bonus Qualifications:
⭐ Experience with luxury residential remodeling
⭐ Knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, butcher block, and solid surface countertops
⭐ Ability to read floor plans and cabinet elevations
⭐ Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or designers
⭐ Experience estimating and pricing custom cabinetry projects
