We are looking for someone interested in developing a reliable, ongoing working relationship as our workload in the Salem area grows.
🔧 **Available assignments may include:**
✅ Initial and recurring grass cuts
✅ Weed trimming, edging, and blowing
✅ Shrub, tree, and vine trimming
✅ Leaf and yard-debris removal
✅ Property-condition inspections
✅ Photographs and measurements for repair estimates
✅ Debris removal and property cleanouts
✅ Securing, winterizations, and minor repairs
✅ Before, during, and after photographs
🚚 **What you will need:**
🔹 Reliable truck or work vehicle
🔹 Lawn mower, weed trimmer, blower, and basic tools
🔹 Smartphone with dependable internet service
🔹 Ability to take clear and detailed photographs
🔹 Ability to follow written work-order instructions
🔹 Reliable communication and availability
🔹 Willingness to travel throughout Salem and nearby areas
Property-preservation experience is preferred, but we will consider a dependable landscaper, handyman, or maintenance contractor who is willing to learn.
