We are looking for cooks for our South Salem and West Salem locations.
We are looking for "experienced" cooks who enjoys creating great food and wants to be part of a supportive team. Every meal you prepare helps customers feel at home and you'll have the opportunity to build your skills while working in a positive environment.
What You'll Do
• Prepare fresh, delicious food that looks as good as it tastes.
• Cook for customers while following our procedures and recipes, portion guidelines and follow food safety standards
• Help keep the kitchen stocked, organized and ready for each shift
• Work closely with teammates to create a great dining experience for our customers
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the kitchen succeed
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare/refill sauces and other food preparation
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and equipment
• Re-Stock inventory
• Keep up to date on all food handling practices set by the Oregon Health Department

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Food Handler's Card
• Full time positions including weekends
• Experience cooking in commercial kitchens

• Obsessive Compulsive Cleanliness and Organizational Habits
Qualifications
Cooking experience required
Able to meet all scheduling commitments (Full Availability including weekends)
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
