This will be a part-time, contract sort of deal - you invoice us, we pay you as a 1099 contractor.
Depending on your gung-ho and mechanical ability, this can easily turn into a full-time gig (we'd like it to be a full-time gig). You will have to be a self-starter to jump on tasks as you see they are needed, not wait to be told what to do. The right applicant will not find sandblasting to be too dirty, or painting to be too complicated... they will know how to torque a bolt without over doing it, but at the same time make sure the bolt isn't going to jiggle out. If you can build an engine, we expect assembling a sawmill to be a breeze for you.
Pick the days you want to work (which still get the jobs done promptly enough). We work Mon to Fri 8:30a-5pm.
We'll even feed you a home-cooked lunch every day!
Our shop is in Brooks, OR. We have all the tools, parts, etc. Just need someone with experience or the personality type that will learn it and do it WELL.
Also, this is a "family business" there are kids everywhere most of the time. Weirdos need not apply.
