I scrapped a door a storm door many years ago that was many years old when I scrapped it.
I saved the door length aluminum hinge thinking I may be able to use it someday. I have not found it necessary to use this, so I am offering it for sale for $10.
It is not a direct bolt-on replacement for the hinge of a modern storm door they now sell at the Big Box home improvement stores like Lowe's, Home Depot or Menard's from manufacturers such as Larsen or Clopay. It is older than that. It is a starting point for a do-it-yourself storm door or storage shed or green house door or lid. I will look for the latch side and top flange because I probably kept that too.
