Part-Time Night Manager
Commercial Janitorial Company | Part-Time | Evening After 6:00PM M-F about 5-6 hours a night
We are looking for a reliable, responsible Part-Time Night Manager to oversee some of our evening cleaning operations at commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support night cleaning staff.
* Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning meets company and customer standards.
* Ensure employees complete assigned tasks and follow cleaning procedures.
* Handle employee call-offs and provide coverage.
* Train and coach employees as needed.
* Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Complete quality-control inspections and reports.
* Assist with cleaning duties when needed.
Qualifications
* Previous janitorial experience preferred.
* Supervisory experience a plus.
* Reliable transportation. Must have a valid drivers license - company vehicle available for use
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Dependable and able to work independently.
* Must be available to work evening/night hours.
