We are a family-owned dog waste removal company serving the Twin Cities. We're looking for two dependable people to join us and take care of established customer routes.
This is a great fit for someone who likes being outside, working independently, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder all day.
What the work looks like:
Drive an established route of residential customers
Walk yards and remove dog waste
Work primarily on your own
Straightforward, physical outdoor work
Recurring routes and consistent work
Training provided — no experience necessary
Who we're looking for:
Someone dependable above everything else. You show up when you say you will, communicate when something comes up, pay attention to the little things, and take pride in doing a job correctly even when nobody is watching.
You'll need reliable transportation and a smartphone.
We don't care about an impressive résumé or where you went to school. Character, reliability, and work ethic matter much more to us.
Compensation is based on completed route work and will be explained clearly before we agree to anything.
Typically: $22–$35/hour equivalent once trained and efficient. Compensation is based on completed route work, not hours clocked.
