Potential rental options may include:
Upper garage room – suitable for hobby projects, storage, crafts, woodworking, personal projects, etc.
One-car garage bay – for hobby/project use and personal storage.
Potentially both spaces together, depending on what works best.
The garage is not currently heated, although I may consider purchasing heaters for tenant use depending on the arrangement and needs.
Hobby/personal use only — no commercial businesses or business operations.
I’m still working out details such as pricing, availability, access, permitted uses, heating, and other rental terms, so this is not yet available for immediate move-in/use. I’m primarily looking to see whether there is interest and what people might be looking for.
