This position oversees delivery of consumer support services for an Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Program. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models. This position will provide and develop clinical services that promote consumer choice and facilitate independence for adult individuals with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages assigned personnel. Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.

Pay Range: $98,000-$101,000
