Ceiling Grid Install Project (North Metro Twin Cities)

Open to hourly rates or project bids.

Project Details:
- Projects: Approximately 400 square feet 13x30). We have an additional approximately 1,300 square feet needing grid, which can be completed at the same time, or in the near future.
- Location: Commercial office building
- We will purchase all ceiling tile and have some of the required ceiling grid materials and products on site before installation
- Contractor will be responsible for professional installation and workmanship
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience installing commercial ceiling grid
- Able to complete the project on budget and with a simple contract
- Contractor's insurance
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Experience working in office/commercial buildings preferred
