Known issues:
-needs oil change, oil pan access nut is pretty stripped. (Pictured)
-dead battery (maybe)
-handle brake for rear wheel still functions but has damaged hand lever assembly.
-license plate holder snapped off. License plate light is attached by the wires but dangling (pictured)
-a fuel line got disconnected from an attachment point and is hanging around

Mechanically/otherwise it’s not a bad scooter. The internal computer is limited to 30mph.
Seat opens and can store approximately 10 beers.
It would not be hard to get a lot more life out of it. Served me well! Gets 90+mpg
