Experienced Bartender – Part-Time / Fill-In with Opportunity to Grow
We are an established Saint Paul bar with an amazing and generous clientele, and we are looking for a mature, responsible bartending professional to join our team.
Our immediate need is for a part-time/fill-in bartender, typically 2–3 closing shifts per week, with the extra shifts on event nights.
This is a unique opportunity because we rarely have staff turnover—most of our bartenders have been with us for more than 10 years. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of that kind of team.
The right candidate will be a team player who is also comfortable and capable of working independently. You should have:
Proven bartending experience and strong employer references
The ability to manage a busy bar efficiently and professionally
The personality and initiative to engage customers and build relationships during slower periods
Strong reliability, maturity, and professionalism
A willingness to pitch in and be part of a long-standing team
