Item Details & Specifications:
• Barrel Length: 6 inches
• Barrel Material: Authentic antique cast brass/bronze with a rich, undisturbed dark field patina and minor natural oxidation.
• Touchhole: Fully drilled open to the breech, making this an authentic black-powder salute/signal style tube.
• Carriage: Custom-made by hand approximately 10 years ago. Crafted from beautiful stained wood with circular split-grain wheels and secure metal capsquare brackets. It offers an exceptional, sturdy display foundation that complements the barrel perfectly.
Condition:
The metal barrel is a true vintage/antique survivor showing wonderful authentic character, surface aging, and deep coloration. The bore and open vent touchhole remain clear. The custom wood carriage is in excellent structural shape, built solid to hold the barrel securely for desktop, bar, or bookshelf display.
