GO Personnel is hiring for Flaggers (Traffic Control).
This is a temp-to-hire position. It's an excellent opportunity to have a promising career with a great union company.

We will hold classes to certify all candidates interested in working for our customers.
We are looking for reliable people who like to get paid weekly.
These positions will require you to travel to various locations. For this reason, reliable transportation is a must! You must be able to pass a background and drug screen. Must be able to stand for long periods and not mind working outdoors.
MUST HAVE:
*Your own vehicle
*Be able to pass a background check
*Be able to pass a drug screen
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to provide directions or instructions.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control measures as needed.
- Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and the public.
- Past flagging experience is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a traffic controller is preferred.
- Outside work experience is a must
- Familiarity with traffic control devices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Temp to Hire:
You will work for our client for 90 days. After 90 days, our client will have the option to hire you on as a Union Flagger with a raise and full union benefits.
Base pay of $17.78 per hour.
