Good condition. Shelf wear along corners and edges consistent with age with some fraying at top and bottom of binding. Significant writing on front and back of first page. There is a little spine separation between the front cover and first page, where the paper that connects the two is torn. All other pages are clean with no writing, markings, or tears.
