Custom Remodeling and Construction, LLC is seeking skilled and reliable Painters and Carpenters to join our team. We take pride in delivering quality, workmanship, professional service, and long-lasting results on every project. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities for Painters:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (Cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
- Apply paint, stain, using brushes, rollers and sprayers
-Match colors to ensure smooth match
-Protect and cover surrounding areas
-Maintain a clean an organized job site.
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Responsibilities for Carpenters:
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities relative to your job.
* Measure, cut, shape and assemble wood and other materials according to project specifications.
* Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures.
* Install fixtures, doors, windows, cabinets, flooring and trim work.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawing and technical plans for project execution.
* Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, with precision.
* Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with other team members on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Proven experience in construction, carpentry, painting or related fields is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations.
* Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
