For the past 14 years I have worked for people doing Handyman jobs. For about 20 years I worked as a Carpenter specializing in renovation work , for various Renovation Contractors. For 6 years, I worked as an Architectural Draftsman. For the most part, I have worked in the Design and Construction Industry for 44 years now. My Major in College was Architecture. Right now, I’m caught up work wise. I sell labor. I can work by the hour or by the job if the scope of the work is well defined. I like pay as we go scenario. At all time you deal directly with me there are no middlemen. Over the years I have worked on hundreds Renovation Projects in Design and Construction.
