I rescued a beautiful white German shepherd from a backyard breeder out of a garage. She’s about 2-3yo. She’s never been bred. I live in the city, and she has not adjusted well due to the stimulation. It was never supposed to be long term, but I could not leave her in the situation she was in, and I’ve grown attached to her. She gets along well with other dogs. One being my geriatric long haired toothless chihuahua. She is very hesitant towards people other than me, and it took her about a week or so to warm up to me. Now she’s the sweetest and cuddliest baby. If interested, I will text you pictures. I feel that she would thrive in the country with land. She’d do best in a home with other dogs. She’s never shown any signs of aggression, but she’s extremely skiddish of new people. She was not socialized properly as a puppy to my knowledge. She typically will hide under my bed if I have a new visitor over. She’s registered, but I do not have her paperwork. I am in no rush to rehome her, and I’m not looking to make money off of her. I just want someone who will love her like I do. She was 100% potty trained until the neighbors started to rehab the house next door and she did have a few accidents when that started. She’s been accident free in the house for the last 2 months currently. She has an expensive XL memory foam bed, harness, collar, leash, and food. She also loves her stuffed animals and bones. I wish I had the means to keep her, but I don’t see myself moving anytime soon, and this environment isn’t good for her. She is good with children too.
I am negotiable as far as price for the right owner. I will drive to you, so you can meet her and see how she does at your home. If that goes well then we can do a trial run for a weekend or so. If you are interested in being her forever home then just know if anything happens I want her returned back to me. There will be a contract in place stating that she is to be rehomed back to me, and I’ll also request check ins (photos/ videos) for the initial period, so I know that she is adjusting well.
She’s gorgeous and goofy and knows basic commands in a controlled environment. Again, this isn’t about the money. This is about finding her a home she can thrive in. If interested, I can send you pictures and videos. I prefer text communication.
