I try and avoid simple static sites, I am not selling WordPress junk or SEO-only services. I build bespoke web apps for small business that solve business problems and create value. For simple static sites, generate them with AI, host on WIX or SquareSpace for best bang-for-buck. I'm looking for business owners with tons of ideas on how to automate their business processes.
Signs you need me:
- You do everything in a master spreadsheet that is difficult to share or use on mobile or get alerts from or automate based off of.
- You do stuff on paper, and you want to be able to put that somewhere you can search, sort, filter, share.
- You delegate tasks but you do not have a way to track or streamline those tasks in a way that it makes it harder for someone to do it incorrectly
- You use or pay for X service, and you wish it could do Y and integrate with your process better. You know it has an API but you haven't the first clue on how to take advantage of it
- You did some cool stuff with AI, but you have no idea how to clean it up, get the security right, get it "deployed" so others can start using it ASAP. You need someone to take what you did as a wireframe, make it rock solid and ship it.
I have room for one more customer as I have a full time job and a family. I can tell you a little bit about my current customers to see if you want something similar. Here is one I just did/am doing:

We have integrations to eBay for selling and monitoring, including market analysis features and an AI-powered listing description generator, we have ShipStation integration for automatically generating shipping labels and rates. Its a powerful eBay web app/seller hub tailored to how he runs his business.

Finally, the process usually comes in the form of a statement of work (SOW) which defines exactly what you get, how long it will take, how much it costs, we both sign and its off to the races. Over time we can do more if new features are needed. Starting small and growing if you are happy with the work.
