Loads under 1,200 miles
.65 CPM ALL MILES — LOADED AND DEADHEAD
Primarily Midwest to South/Southeast and East Coast.
LONG-HAUL OTR / WEST COAST — .60 CPM
Loads 1,200+ miles
.60 CPM ALL MILES — LOADED AND DEADHEAD
Our long-haul freight includes Midwest to Arizona/California and back.
OTR drivers typically run approximately 2,500-3,200 miles per week depending on available hours, freight, home time, weather, and operating conditions.
We keep our drivers moving. We're not interested in having you sit around when you have hours available and want to run.

HOME TIME

We understand that drivers have lives outside of the truck.
OTR drivers typically receive bi-weekly home time, and we have great home-time opportunities for drivers who live in the St. Louis / Missouri area.
We are flexible. LET US KNOW WHEN YOU NEED HOME TIME AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.
We don't believe in keeping a driver on the road just because we can.

DRIVER SUPPORT & TECHNOLOGY

We use McLeod for our transportation management system, giving drivers access to an easy-to-use driver app for dispatch information, settlements, paperwork, and BOL scanning.
We also use Samsara electronic logs.
We utilize applicable agricultural exemptions for qualifying commodities and operations in accordance with federal regulations.
Most importantly, we have dedicated after-hours and weekend dispatch. If something happens on the road, you can reach an actual person.

WINTER OPERATIONS

NO CHAINS!
We prioritize safe routing and generally use southern routes instead of forcing our drivers across I-80/I-90 during severe winter conditions when practical.
We're not interested in risking a driver, truck, trailer, or load just to prove we can push through dangerous weather.
