This job opportunity offers flexible working hours and is salaried with benefits. In this job you will work between multiple commercial facilities and some residential and apartment locations. All of these will be privately owned by your employer. There will be opportunities for travel but not required. Salary for this position is $80,000.00/yr. Both interior and exterior work will be in scope.
Requirements for position:
• Reliable transportation.
• Some personal tools.
• Strong Carpentry skills in framing
• Carpentry skills in finish work
• Experience with remodeling
• Good understanding of construction and building methods.
• Some computer skills are required.
• Honesty and a good work ethic
• Other skills of benefit,
o Concrete, and masonry.
o Painting, mudding and Drywall.
o Equipment operation including lifts, skid stir, excavator
o Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.
o Welding - knowledge of.
