PRST is hiring Skilled Construction Laborers and Electrical/Plumbing Helpers to support the electrical and plumbing subcontractors on an active new commercial construction project in St. Johns!
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to build their skills and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians and plumbers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist electrical and plumbing crews with daily construction activities
Dig and trench for electrical and plumbing installations
Cut and prepare pipe
Glue and assemble PVC pipe
Gather, stage and deliver materials needed by electricians and plumbers
Load, unload and organize jobsite materials
Assist with general construction tasks as directed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous construction, skilled labor, electrical helper or plumbing helper experience preferred
Basic understanding of construction tools and jobsite safety
Comfortable with physical labor, digging and trenching
Ability to work effectively around electrical and plumbing crews
Dependable, hardworking and ready to start immediately
Willingness to learn and take direction
PAY & PROJECT DETAILS
💰 Up to $25/hr – based on experience
