Our client, a leading organization supporting industrial operations, is seeking a Tool Trailer Coordinator to join their team. 

Job Title: Tool Trailer Coordinator

Location: Saint John, NB

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Shift: 12-hour shifts, typically 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am (may be adjusted)

What's the Job?

• Manage daily operations of the on-site tool trailer, including issuing and inspecting tools
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Engage with customers, assist with tool supply needs, and provide excellent customer service
• Record and track tools using the Total Control system, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Assist with trailer mobilization at customer sites and maintain the cleanliness and order of the trailer

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear criminal record (documentation required)
• Knowledge of tools and their applications, with relevant experience in handling power and hand tools
• Valid driver's license; if not available, sign a “Do Not Drive” form before on-site work
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent customer service abilities
• Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
• Steel toe workbooks are mandatory; please confirm if you possess one
• Experience working on Irving sites and ISN ID# (if applicable)
• Class 2 Forklift License is a plus
