My brother turns 16 in December and would like to find a 60s 70s or early 80s car to work on for his first car. He recently helped me get my Camaro back on the road and really enjoyed that and decided he wanted something of his own. He doesn’t have a ton saved so he’s looking for something on the rougher side but still restorable
