We are looking for a reliable Painter to help maintain our rental properties in St. Cloud, MN.
Job Duties:
Interior and exterior painting
Wall, ceiling, door, and trim painting
Minor drywall patching and surface preparation
Touch-ups and repainting as needed
General painting and property maintenance
Clean-up after completing work
Requirements:
Experience with residential painting
Own tools and reliable transportation
Able to work independently
Reliable and good at communicating
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
