CDL DRIVERS (Class A or B)
- Haul hot mix from plant to job site
- Dump trailer / tandem / tri-axle
- Clean MVR required
- Local runs, home every night
ASPHALT RAKE MEN / LUTEMEN
- Real hand work behind the paver
- Rake, lute, joints, edges
- Knows how to keep a mat clean and hold a line
- Screed experience a plus
EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
- Paver / screed
- Rollers (breakdown, intermediate, finish)
- Skid steer / mini excavator
- Milling machine a plus
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN ALL POSITIONS
- Experience that's real, not "I watched a guy do it"
- Shows up on time, every day
- Can handle heat, early mornings, long days
- Reliable transportation
