This phone has a brand-new screen (no scratches!) installed at the Apple Store. The original screen had an electronic defect requiring replacement. The phone was not dropped, and there was no physical damage. The battery is in good shape (83% Maximum Capacity), and the Deep Purple body has been protected in a case from day 1. I am the original owner and am selling because I upgraded to the iPhone 18 Pro while this phone was getting a new screen at the Apple Store.
