Looking for a roommate that makes right at 33k per year to share with only me the 3bd apartment I'm currently in. It is income based. I have a lady that will write a letter saying you make 33k a year in order for you to join on the lease. There is a bedroom for you with a bed, a side table, blinds curtains and an empty closet. While not attached to the room there is also a bathroom in the hall for you. Moreover the apartment is already furnished. If you want internet be prepared to pay extra however because I use my hotspot from my phone.
I spend most of my time in my room. I'll ask you how your day was if it seems like it is pleasing you. That's about it. Oh, If you have an animal it's 50 extra per mo. I have a cat. I pay more towards the rent than you just so you know it's fair. The last bedroom is occupied by office space. Oh, and I smoke cigarettes on the back porch.
