With over a decade of hands-on experience in the culinary industry, Dylan Alack has developed a well-rounded foundation spanning both fast-paced quick service environments and refined fine dining establishments. His journey began at just 14 years old, driven by a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
During high school, Dylan became an active member of the Future, Culinary and Career Leaders of America (FCCLA), where he quickly distinguished himself through competitive achievement. As a sophomore, he and his team earned a Gold Medal at the state level in the Server Relay competition. He continued this success into his junior year, securing another Gold Medal in a statewide culinary competition. In his senior year, Dylan became the vice president of the FCCLA for his school and his district he further demonstrated his entrepreneurial mindset by competing independently in a business entrepreneurship program, earning a Silver Medal. Any chance he got he attended afterschool activities for culinary arts cooking for the superintendent for his county on live television, doing the teacher of the year awards numerous times and doing multiple catering events for parties that his teacher set up for the district.
Following graduation, Dylan continued to invest in his professional development by going on local news channels to highlight some of his best dishes ,maintaining his ServSafe Manager Certification and obtaining multiple additional ServSafe credentials, reinforcing his knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.
Today, Dylan is the founder of his own private catering business, where he combines his diverse industry experience with a personalized approach to dining. His long-term vision is to expand this venture into a full-scale culinary brand, delivering high-quality, thoughtfully crafted meals that reflect both his technical skill and passion for hospitality.
