The ideal candidate will have strong experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Experience with commercial or residential refrigeration is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance and service calls
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Communicate clearly with customers and document completed work
Maintain tools, vehicle, and inventory as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
EPA Certification
Strong problem-solving skills and professional customer service attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
