Industry is commercial roofing & waterproofing services. Territorial coverage is FL statewide excluding Miami-Dade/The Keys areas at this time. Client segments include architects, building consultants, GC's (general contractors), custom home builders, commercial property management companies, HOA property management companies, apartment management companies, HOA associations, condo associations, healthcare businesses, retail & hospitality businesses, manufacturing facilities, property claims adjusters, realtors, and more.

Minimal paperwork. Minimal computer work. No micro-managing. Company culture is supportive and adaptable. A naturally successful person in this role is someone who is intelligent, well-spoken, and energetic. Must be able to manage own schedule and be responsible for own actions. Cannot have a fear of heights. Being able to set up and climb a 32ft ladder alone is very advantageous but not necessary.
Pay for this position is currently under a profit share model (1099) but may evolve into a salary + bonus role in the future.
A company vehicle, gas card, and travel expense card may be issued in the future.
